The assumption that many companies make is that since PowerPoint® seems as easy to use as word processing software, and because it’s on everyone’s computer, then having everyone do their own PowerPoints is simple and saves time and money. That assumption, however, is dangerous.
This presentation is a big one. If it goes well, the win could be huge. If it doesn’t, the loss is equally big. Perhaps, due to budget or time constraints, you need to do a presentation yourself. If this is the case, you can’t skimp on quality or professionalism.
