The WSJ Blog asked "Where are all the women business gurus?" And I blogged back, "They are leading many successful small businesses." The Wall Street Journal piece mentioned that not one woman was named in either their own ranking of the top most influential business thinkers nor in an earlier USA Today story talking about rich entrepreneurs.
And I began to think, I don't recall many business women being called gurus and visionaries. But that is what entrepreneurs are...we are idea people. We see a vision of a new business idea or a new product in a corporation.
